i feel like if she uses "if you want a little more chill a little more" in any way it'll be as a lyric not a title, like "my moon is in leo my cancer is sun" maybe same with waist deep in icy waves, i feel like she doesn't tease a lot of titles in her captions, mostly lyrics? but i could be completely wrong i cant really remember right now

A synthesis of what happened so far in this era

honestly lust for life feels cohesive in its own unique way, every track from that album feels very "lust for life" if that makes sense, even if it's a folksy ballad like change, or a hip-hop track like summer bummer

now, don't be so pessimistic: a body of work can be great even if the parts don't seem to match at first. janet jackson's the velvet rope, for example, is a highly acclaimed album where both joni mitchell and q-tip are collabs... on the same track lol lana's sound has always been defined by her eclecticism, and i truly believe we're bound to get eclectic lana records over the years. rather than letting lfl define this side of her, we should manifest that her next genre-bending experiment turns out to be exquisite

Back in December LAST YEAR, he said, in DMs (I think? ) it could endup on the LDrVillage, that it could be related to new apparel / merch. And since no one ever found any lyric / song related to that acronym, we all jumped to the conclusion that it was related to a new song. That and the fact that she said to a fan, at that event who said she loved BB, that the next album was even better. to all the UV lovers… another (misunderstood) iconic classic in her discography is rising…

Lana is definitely not a big problem to the environment lol, she clearly lives a very lowkey lifestyle and I doubt her carbon footprint is really higher than the average person. She's a great role model in so many ways so this conversation is a bit ridiculous imo, let's quit blaming people for things that don't really warrant any criticism. She's a human after all, if the worst thing she's doing to the world is driving a truck I'd say she's doing much better than a lot of the world.

not at all? taylor swift was taking planes nearly everyday, it seems like lana stays in los angeles for the most part and i'm sure she isn't taking a plane for a 10-minute flight like the kardashians do, it's not to say that she's not making any sort of negative impact by taking any amount of flights, but she's certainly not as bad as some other celebrities

He doesn't deserve hate but I don't thing he got any... just people following him and asking about Lana (of course someone could have been mean to him in the dms or something). What's clear is that he likes the attention. If he really wanted to stay "hidden" he would have removed all the new followers and then go private so nobody could access his tweets. And he even posted more acronyms saying "since you like acronyms" or something like that so he knows people are reading

I thought like that at the start but if he keeps talking about Lana and didn't bother to remove the new followers he probably doesn't mind/wants the attention. He didn't explicitly start posting about her until now (it was supposedly Halsey before ) Someone should ask him if he minds tho... maybe he just doesn't want people on his mentions By the way I don't think we'd get anything from him other than random teasing anyway cause boz wouldn't let him talk

Not that I expect it to happen, but I kinda think a Lana album would do surprisingly well released right before Christmas. There would be no competition and she taps into an emotional landscape that people like to feel over the holidays, so I think she's one of the few artists who could do really well in December.

Tired of the LFL slander

After thinking further about my December release thoughts last night, I've decided that the album is being surprise released December 16th She's always wanted to do a surprise release, so maybe she convinced the label that right before Christmas is actually the perfect time to make a splash since no one else is releasing music, and it will leave enough time to become the perfect Christmas gift. People also get over the constant Christmas music and family time and will need the escape that this masterpiece will provide. Alternatively, she will surprise release American Standards. It was originally promised for Christmas, and it's something that the whole family could listen to together over the holidays.

she's always teased lyrics in her posts, rather than song titles. sometimes they're lyrics & titles, but usually it's lyrics. she did it going all the way back to pre BTD days with some of the unreleased songs from that era

Since the beginning of the year I was saving money to buy all possible masochism media if it were released (I faithfully believed that this album would finally come out this year) today I finally woke up from this dream and realized that I don't want to lose my sanity with this woman anymore (regardless of who is to blame) so I decided to spend that money on some new clothes, a tattoo and a piercing ◉⁠‿⁠◉

LFL is a very cohesive album, some people just don't like to think outside the box It's a transitional album, a bridge between two worlds as she stripped back the shine that she was known for and approached her art in a new way that felt true to her evolving self. She even spells it out for us at the end of the album. Finally, I'm crossing the threshold, from the ordinary world, to the reveal of my heart. She made a lot of very deliberate decisions on that album and it's constantly misunderstood. Anyways back on topic, this album could very easily be another transition to a new world for her, I am so excited to see what she has in store.

LFL is a great album, I dunno why people dislike it. would take a LFL song any day over the repetitive piano ballads she keeps dishing out.

but the point is not to blame everyday people (even if it's a celebrity who's driving a truck) it's the large corporations, as well as capitalism at large, which we should be most concerned about, also, like i said before, it's not like she's taking flights every single day like taylor swift or making 10-minute flights like kim kardashian, she's simply driving a truck, lots of other people drive trucks, i find it really unnecessary to nitpick like this, especially when people nitpick about lana all of the time and honestly, even if lana chooses to drive a more environmentally concious vehicle, or even more people, it still won't do that much environmentally

Can some of you shut the fuck up? If you were an international celebrity and a millionaire I bet you wouldn't be thinking about being so environmentally friendly by giving up on your nice car and riding a bike. I had no idea about Lana's car and who cares about her car. If you're going to criticize celebs than go after Taylor and The Kardashians and others who basically live on a private jet. Lana nor our regular habits aren't responsible for the state of the world but rather the asseholes on top are responsible. They shove us down our throats how we need to sacrifice comfort while they don't need to change anything about their lives, and people fall for it. Not saying that we should ignore everything and throw plastic in the river but rather not go against each other for not being environmentally friendly enough.

Still to this day, I wish the LDRVillage guy hadn’t said a thing. At best, when I saw the jacket, I was intrigued but thought it was a local shop type of jacket, not something related to her merch. BoZ also added fuel to our apprehension fire, when he tweeted the lyrics of WCE, a year ago, and we began moving and thinking something was brewing and that an album could be upon us in the next months. BB just turned a year old and we’ve been parched as if it was 2016-2017.

it's really sad how society/the media has pushed this idea that the average person is responsible for the state of the climate crisis when majority of it is large corporations and capitalism, obivously, it would be nice if everybody did their part by being more environmentally conscious, but we can't possibly do everything, some people don't have the resources to, either, sometimes i feel guilty when i have a product which contains plastic, but i can't help that my food comes with plastic, i can't help that certain products were designed in a way that they can't really be recycled, we should just be glad that lana isn't taking 2 flights a day and isn't shilling out NFTs (which take up a LOT of electricity)

The Pusha T thing was weird... like what song did they send him to remix. I doubt it was something from Chemtrails or BB But maybe a remix of Doin Time... sonically it would make sense but it would be weird for Lana to re release a single with a feature after 2 years.
