41 likesI actually think there's drugs in this song. But to be for real, I sob every time I hear the line “when’s it gunna be my turn.” I’ve felt the most depressed I’ve ever felt the past couple years. Seeing people around me experience good luck, career growth, love, and acceptance. I moved from a big city to the suburbs after heartbreak and I’ve been so alone and struggled with alcoholism and was in the hospital at one point. The only recurrent thought in my head was "When will it be my turn? When will I be loved? When will I be seen for who I am?" I feel like because of my age I've had this unique experience to grow with Lana’s music in a very relevant way as each album gets released. I think the song is incredibly special, it completely unravels me and I hear what she’s saying deep within me like it's vibrating. I’m so excited to hear the rest of the album and to go on this journey with her. Anyways, would love to hear everyone's personal connection to the new song or how it's been making you feel!!!!!!!!

28 likesBOZ on ATRL: MAC is still her best song to me, I'm so happy it became the visual reference for the NFR cover since the whole You're lost at sea, then I'll command your boat to me again part always gives me goosebumps. It's interesting though, I remember all of us suspecting the song is sort of Lana's clap-back at the public misunderstanding her messages, lyrics, intentions and she denied all of that in the BBC interview. Perhaps she took some inspiration from those speculations, cause that one song with the longest title that I teased before seems to be touching that topic for real this time. Public's doubt of Lana's persona, of her artistry being genuine and not just controversial fabricated public image, and most importantly that she is a woman in charge, female artist who can also be the master behind her own craft. At least that's how I see it, but I'm anxiously waiting for Lana to speak about this song. It might as well be another MAC situation since it's again a poetic song bathed in various allegories I can't fully grasp on my own. Interestingly it has sea theme again as well

27 likesThe performance of Lana's latest singles on Spotify: Let Me Love You Like A Woman Day 1: 1,654,620 Day 2: 859,885 Day 3: 598,289 Day 4: 610,229 TOTAL = 3,727,023 Chemtrails Over The Country Club Day 1: 668,820 (partial) Day 2: 1,693,873 Day 3: 1,202,610 Day 4: 971,876 TOTAL = 4,537,179 Arcadia Day 1: 427,088 (partial) Day 2: 866,277 Day 3: 835,218 Day 4: 530,608 TOTAL = 2,659,191 Did you know that there's a tunnel under Ocean Blvd Day 1: 1,355,631 (partial) Day 2: 2,008,742 Lol, this is kind of insane. A surprise drop + no social media to promote + no MV. If this keeps performing well this weekend, it could crack BB Hot 100.

26 likesi'm so curious about what she'll be talking about in the grants, when she goes back and details her entire life-story with her family, her parents, her siblings, i feel like there's so much that could be said, especially after wildflower wildfire not to mention how mysterious her past is, to this day

24 likesThe amount of promo I have been seeing for this era already is crazy. Universal is pushing social ads for the single (I saw them on tik tok and instagram). Spotify has her as the face of the "Chill Pop" playlist and has added the single to SO many playlists considering it's only been two days. The amount of ads I'm already seeing of vinyl stores offering the indie exclusive and the standard variant of the album as well is insane considering pre-order was just announced. Not to mention a lot of them have been selling out in hours if not less. If this truly is going to be her magnum opus it's having a great start Now she just needs to go live on honeymoon and talk about the tracklist

23 likesi’ve been ruminating over the second verse of tunnel ever since it came out “there’s a girl that sings hotel california not because she loves the notes or sounds that sound like florida its because she’s in a world, preserved, only a few have found the door its like a camarillo, only silver mirrors, running down the corridor” gives me chills every single time i listen to it. i think it may be my favorite part of the song

20 likesGoodmorning LB, I just woke up about 2 hours ago after deciding to sleep all day in the event I could return my sleep = news curse. However, it looks like the only thing I came back to was fighting in this thread earlier that I'm now working on cleaning up However, I did have a dream that Lana was going on a "surprise" tour. Basically what she was doing is popping up at random amphitheaters without announcing it until the day of the show. In my dream, this had been happening for 3 days and she was in Alabama the day before, so I was trying to figure out if and where she may be playing near me in Atlanta. Though I'm sure logistically her team & venues wouldn't really allow this as they'd want it to be promoted, I feel like there is a possibility that Lana may just do surprise pop-up shows instead of a tour for this record. I remember when she was in Dallas back in October and someone asked her about a tour, she said something like "Maybe I'll just come visit cities and be like I'm here!" Now that she'll have three albums out since her last tour, I can at least see her doing some pop-up shows at smaller venues perhaps around the summertime. Then maybe with enough convincing, they'll be a proper tour to promote this record later in the year x

20 likesSo there's been love, there's been hate, there's been indifference about DYKTTATUOB. I dropped the hint about Ocean Blvd half a year ago, so here's more. But lets get this straight, those who say it's not a departure from COCC and BB have no idea what they're talking about. The title track, which you have all heard by now, has nothing to do with those previous records. If you think it does, it's because you have an unrefined ear. Listen better, bitch. DYKTTATUOB is sonically the softest song on the album. It pulls reference from Honeymoon big time (strings) and others.....but the rest, you'll see. We're going for CULT VIBES. Northern California, Fog, Redwood, Cold Beach. Sermons. Can't you see that from the cover and art? I've been saying this for a half year. You're going to faint, that's all I am going to say.

19 likesHere's a #MemorableTunnelMoment ... I just sold my car - my first car who I was deeply attached to, and who gave me my most cherished memories as I grew from a teenager into an adult. Literally a companion. I couldn't afford to keep her. We listened to all of Lana's CDs on my drives; I spun my signed LFL into smithereens in 2017. She carried me and my partner on our first date through a rainforest as we listened to NFR. My mum added God Knows I Tried to her favourite songs playlist after a drive together playing Honeymoon. All that. And when I drove her to the seller, I played her Tunnel for the first time, and for our last drive together. And I'm sooo sad we won't hear the new album together, but I'm so thankful we at least had Tunnel. I will surely not be forgetting you miss car, shoutout to you girl

18 likesher best album cover since honeymoon honestly (i liked honeymoons cover), fucking stunning! visually it's giving me major 2014/ultraviolence vibes (with less contrast) the grey/off colour effect on the picture reminds me of the 1940s and the yellow font compliments it nicely. i also really like the bow in her hair because she looks so innocent and youthful and.. ugh
