was listening to Honeymoon while getting ready today and tbh I feel like the most likely form for LDR9 to take is Honeymoon 2.0. Maybe something like astrology influence from LFL and Chemtrails eras meets the hazy west coast beach jazz sound from NFR, HM eras..and lyricism from BB, VBBOTG. wordy poetry + rick knowels prod + jazz sound.. she did follow rick recently, and acknowledged Honeymoon recently (Swan Song, GKIT) Anyways, I just want another 'The Blackest Day' and generally more songs that sound like a Bond Theme.

I'm not really worried about getting another "samey" album (even though I find her last 3 albums different enough) cause she wrote them in a really short span of time (and BB is basically just an EP worth of new stuff considering half of the songs were old). I don't think she's doing another BTD-UV level of jump this time but I'm confident we're getting something new sonically even if it's a natural progression from BB. I just know we're in for a treat

Probably a few magazine shoots let’s not get our hopes up too high. My hope is an album trailer and single MV - let us pray.

Perhaps her management have condensed all the promo stuff for the upcoming album to be done in 10 days back to back so then it’s all over with? Maybe it *will* be multiple MVs, album/single shoots, mag covers/interviews, live (recorded) performances etc across 10 days

Lana's eyebrow threader posted an old ride mv promotional photo to her story and captioned it "July 4th to July 14th" and before I saw it i was like oh another connect-the-dots fantasy we're entertaining but no it's very clearly about something happening with Lana in those 10 days

i need GOOD MELODIES n maybe a couple songs with a little bit of structure dont get me wrong, i love her songs that have a loose structure but i have been missing the melodies n mystery all of her albums have had up until the past 2. i NEED that again

So many of her songs have a piano melody at their base, it’s nothing new here. As long as she layers the new tracks with other instruments, we’ll be fine.

Unless this shoot is for some sort of fashion campaign, I have a feeling the cover & at least one MV will be done, as those are often filmed together. If she was able to film Tropico in three days, there might also be a magazine shoot/another MV filming.

I think the title track is finally clicking with me ( again after like two and a half years) It didn't sounded so beautiful since the release week as it did today for me the intro & outro are stunningly beautiful. how to disappear is her mazzy star alike lo-fi magnum opus and album version is better than the piano version, although i like both

10 days seem like a long time for one video. Lana’s most ambitious visual projects (Tropico, Ride, National Anthem) were all shot over the course of 2-3 days, so I’m guessing they’re either planning to do as many projects as possible in that 10 day period OR one project that is extra grand. Assuming this is indeed Lana-related, I’m excited!
