He has different sources for different artists so I'm not sure at what point of an album process he gets to listen to them... for Lana is probably something related to her label since he knew every little detail and change of the BB tracklists way before she announced the actual thing or vinyl was in production

I'm really intrigued... even if she's holding back on throwing fake dates around it's weird that she hasn't revealed the title yet. She really wants to announce it all at once it seems The sensory overload when we get the lead single title with the album title and cover (+ possible tracklist)

The pre pre release is long cause the actual pre release is going to be really short... I just know she's going to announce single + preorder soon after the Taylor song The album is coming in February

We need a winter release album The only ones we've gotten are AKA and BTD and that was 10+ years ago

I meant more like short as in straight to the point and concise. If she releases something in November and announces the album alongside it (for February for example) it would be one of the shortest pre releases (specially considering we don't even have a title...) kinda like HM rollout being only from July to September. The holiday season being there also slows things down since nobody releases anything those ~2 weeks (unless is Christmas music of course ). But yeah, I'd say a 3-4 month official and with real dates rollout is short for Lana

just listened to her episode of dua lipa's podcast. super cute hearing them talk! she mentioned struggling to balance being creative on tour with now dancing with a lot of choreo and just being so exhausted after/in between shows. she also seems a *little* over the tour process and feels burnt out when she hits the 6th week mark of shows it seems like XCX6 is quite far away, as she wants to get into the creative process after all of her touring has finished, as well as taking much needed self care time since she hasn't really stopped since the self titled era. i think that charli has really let herself slow down and enjoy the music without overthinking about the next project with this album. which has made me appreciate the songs more, obviously i look forward to new releases but i'm not as ravenous for the back to back projects we got in 2017-2020 on a seperate note: i hope the merch store has a sale soon-ish. i want to snag some things
