There is no reason he had to say that and I want to trust his soon more than Ben’s. The rest of November is probably gonna be silent but I really do believe we’ll get something December.

She had all eyes on her after NFR and she managed to randomly release LMLYLAW (which I loved tho) so I think she could release a cute little track before the rollout starts even if December is not the best month for new music... Her team probably wanted to start the era with the Chemtrails teaser and then the big budget MV in January but she wanted to release LMLYLAW first and so she did I can definitely see her giving us an early Christmas present

She has a lot of songs/lyrics referencing flowers but you know what she also has related to flowers? Two songs called Butterflies that she's rereleasing

a surprise album

i was scrolling back on my facebook and saw lana's post from the COCC era when she was on the set of the title track MV. that was such a historic moment. she did the right amount of teasing. i'd honestly give anything for another "lana on set" video. just so we'd at least get a taste of visuals and know that there's something in the works.

born to die is her most "cohesive" album 100%. every song has the same sound palette and the same mix. And that's a good thing. the polar opposite is blue banisters (and we love her)

idk what happened after Froot era but maybe MARINA should stop being overly political in her writing & relax a bit because its not giving the same energy anymore. I swear she wanted a Savages 2.0 so bad that we now have L+F & Ancient Dreams Still love her tho, Froot is still a timeless masterpiece & Electra Heart was & is still an icon.

i personally think making cohesive album is so overrated these days, because cohesive doesnt equal "good music". For Lana - a veteran level in my opinion, cohesiveness or not, she still can pull aoty status regardless. Born To Die, Honeymoon & Blue Banisters arent cohesive sonically - even if Lust for Life is her most hated album, it's still the album that received many critical acclaims & made its way to many year-end lists of that year.

i heard that Lana is going to be on @Surf Noirnew album called Not Jeans Girl Anymore. i can't wait this album cause it is highly influenced by 90s/00s music, Britney, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, 00s mess and craziness, childhood, singing and pretending superstar in own room, thoughts and things in your mind during trips to Taco Bell and walking with earphones in uggs through the woods. collab is apparently called Lipstick Pussy and it’s probaly one of highlights new album perfection is coming

A single is not entirely out of the picture but not likely. It could be a promo single, with the rest coming in 2023. But I expect some acknowledgement/ snippet / teasing of the album for sure.
