Wait it's actually the 1 month anniversary of the three songs today and her birthday, but watch it have no significance

the ldrvillage just sent out an email. they're offering past collections of lana merch for her birthday with a surpise with each purchase. it looks like the website was updated a little bit too. probably why it was shutdown recently, yet here we were all hoping it was album related. everything is pain.

FMWUTTT is one of my most listened songs ever and I'm thankful that it's on UV UV is perfect in the way it is. None of the scrapped songs are at the same level as the ones released

I think Neil might work with Lana again for LDR8. He’s at her house right now (he posted her birthday cake to his story just now) and usually whenever he’s hanging out with her, he’s usually peripherally working with her (for example, he wasn’t really hanging out with her in 2018/2019 and he evidently wasn’t involved with NFR’s visuals).

The way some of y'all start coming even for UV proves this pre-release has a very negative impact on our lives

I kinda see lana scrapping half the album as a good thing. tbh since nfr era ended she’s seemed very uninspired, and I think that showed in cotcc. she recently started working with mike and his team so maybe she had a sudden burst of inspiration and scrapped the songs she made last year. we know it doesn’t take long for lana to write a beautiful song, yosemite was made in an afternoon edit: can we stop questioning BOZ’s reliability? he is the only one keeping this sad era alive

also blue banisters as an opening would just suck ass tbh like all her albums have always some kind of intro, sometimes longer ones sometimes shorter ones but none of her albums start with something abrupt like THERES A PICTURE ON THE WALL…. the bare minimum for a lana album is a simple short melodic intro à la white dress or love and ideally something grand and mood setting like honeymoon or cruel world. it won’t be the case anyway since it’s not the title track anymore (thank fucking god) but i’d be so pissed if that was the introduction to the new album. we need something that screams OPENING…and we’ll be getting it soon mark my words

it’s important because a messy tracklist can make a great album less great. the first time you listen to it it’s supposed to tell it’s story the best possible way. which means opening and closing must be well chosen otherwise it’ll be messy. plus, especially lana albums, most people usually listen to them in full or at least from start to finish if they skip certain songs, it’s just something that adds to its cohesion. it’d be weird if honeymoon started with swan song and ended with freak for exemple.

I had pretty much lost faith we were getting the singles when we did, and then bam, out of nowhere, there they were! And she posted about them hours later with no caption, and then deleted it. I can definitely see her not making a fuss about the album. Also, like two weeks ago BOZ said he hates talking about Lana because she changes plans so much and so quickly, so if he decided to give us info when he did, he had to have gotten some concrete info. He hasn’t been wrong yet! (Mentioned the tracks weren’t produced by Jack, told us the era was staring in two weeks) Lastly, he said the album name probably changed, and Lana hasn’t announce the new name yet, but the press release last month called the album “the fourth coming album” and didn’t call it BB so it’s very possible she’s known for awhile about the name change and hasn’t wanted to announce it. im really conducting the delusional train today

i’d pay good money to know what exactly he meant by this project isn’t what y’all expect….and we’ll probably never know now that she scrapped most of it like in hindsight the 3 songs we have were exactly what people were expecting: either piano ballads or "boring" (for some people). none of them were something new or "omg i can’t believe she’s doing that" so…what the fuck was he talking about ? was the orignal tracklist more different and experimental, or a genre we’re not used to from her? and now that it’s scrapped wtf is it? if it’s not music related was he shocked by the album not having a release date and being a surprise album? having a real tour that won’t be cancelled after 15 dates? THAT would be something none of us expect….idk so many questions with this damn album I JUST WANT IT HOOKED TO MY VEINS AND I WANT IT NOW TF

If she changed almost the entire tracklist that means that she had a lot of songs already done so I don't know why some people say that the album is not done and not coming at all this year . I know it's Lana and her dates are well... you know but if boz had the album (the first "version") and now saw the new title and tracklist with an alleged release date... something must be coming. Also we got 3 songs already, we know the album is real if we had no music at all I'd be worried. The only thing I don't understand yet is the lack of preorder less than 2 weeks before the album. The only way I can see a delay is because of physicals cause the other option would be that her team wouldn't let her release so close to Chemtrails. That is already cleared cause she already had 3 singles out and Ben liked some posts about the album right?
