Hey all! I wanted to make a lil thing for us to do if anyone is interested? I'm thinking on Wednesdays we play Cards Against Humanity! There's a fun way to do it on mobile OR on a browser, so we'll take a vote and see if anyone is interested! I tried looking at both versions and it looks like the better option is the browser game, since it has all the packs and the app (EvilApples) costs money at least to get all the packs. I'm looking into other alternatives to see if there's one that I can make my own Lana/LB edition pack but I don't see a way to do that. Anyway, maybe this Wednesday at 8PM Eastern US time, we'll all get together and play? There's some rules to this though. CAH/EvilApples has a lot of adult jokes, so if you're uncomfortable with that, please don't join. It's meant to be a fun 18+ game, so play at your own discretion. I don't want anyone playing a game that makes them uncomfortable or doing something and they aren't having a good time I'll update this thread if I get enough people interested! Oh, and too, the thing is, there's a lot of people on LB that are in other countries outside of the US. If this time frame doesn't work for you, please post and let me know and maybe we can get games going that work better in your time zone too!

I want her to expand on the "And what I never said, why there's a price on my head. It's nothing to do with them, it's my karmic lineage" topic in the next album. She said in the livestream that there's a word on the record that explains it all and I'm pretty sure she was talking about "lineage". She has also said in the past that there is some stuff she's not even allowed to talk about so I wonder if that has changed now that she's openly writing about her struggles with her family in a more explicit way.

I always think about black and white when thinking about LDR9 (probably by her description and the W Magazine photoshoot). I feel UV was B&W cause it was a dark album but I see LDR9 as a different kind of B&W cause (I think) it's going to be explicitly descriptive and straight to the point without any "color" as in "without pretty metaphors"

So since LFL I'd say that Lana's been "in the blue" with NFR, Chemtrails, and obviously BB having blue as parts of their aesthetics and lyrics. So if this album is going to be transitional, what color is she going to do next?

you're a dreamer for most of these and wanting her to stop performing vroom vroom when it's THE MOST ICONIC song of her discography, ALWAYS the BEST moment of her shows and the BIGGEST COLLAPSE that the whole venue screams in unison to. some of y'all just be saying nonsense i genuinely believe there would be a huge drop in attendance if she ever stops performing VV and i'm pretty sure she will be 60 yo and still performing that

I’m ready for something new, whatever that is NFR, COCC, and BB have their unique qualities but all kind of follow the same tone…very stripped back, very lyrically heavy, etc She said the new album is wordy and conversational (yikes we’ll see how that goes) but there’s orchestra and stuff, so hey. We might get our big production and soaring vocals back this time around

I feel she's either going all out with this era or getting even more lowkey. Her remarks about BB (one take songs, loving MV where nothing happens...) and the W Magazine description make me thing think it's the latter but at the same time I feel like she's preparing something big (for her standards of course). She's so unpredictable and even more when she hasn't revealed anything yet

After Carmen & Salvatore she needs to really commit and do a full song in another language

y'all i haven't posted in forever but i fear the delulu has reached me bc i had a dream about LDR9 last night in the dream lana posted a snippet of a new song on her ig with a clip from a music video or maybe album trailer? the song had a sort of new upbeat jazzy sound with kinda carnival vibes? like organ and brass and such but still very melodic and pretty and quintessentially lana. i cant remember exact lyrics or themes but it was more like her poetry than her older lyricism. it caught me off guard bc of the soundscape but the video was black and white except for carnival/street lights and it was like twilight/almost dark on a beach & like boardwalk pier and she had on a dress similar to the w mag shoot and no shoes in the sand. i remember thinking it was silly but still elegant in a way and she was able to let loose and be herself without judgement from others. i woke up thinking she had posted it fr and i had seen it when i briefly woke up but no it was all an illusion delusion

I once listened to Guns & Roses and Bel Air on shrooms and it was the best thing I’ve ever experienced honestly. Absolutely incredible.

some of y'all don't really go to her shows and it shows even though we love to hate some of her hits, just watching her and everyone sing and jump to classics like i love it and boom clap is just fun! ofc i wouldn't trade them for her amazing deep cuts but y'all need to chill with these opinions, she is never taking them off the setlists anyways
