In all honesty I think Thunder could fit just fine, it’s kinda sorta like Text Book in its vibe. Plus she’s put Cherry and Tomorrow Never Came on the same album.

i really am assuming the first part of that tweet means "okay you guys are right this time"... get in ladies, we're going to roll like thunder!! not only am i happy because i love the song in general, but i also feel like it's indicative of a more upbeat, varied sound on the album as opposed to the stripped back nature of COCC! i know lots of people really enjoyed COCC, don't get me wrong, but i also know a lot of us are ready for something new with a little more production behind it whether we loved COCC or not! this is a very positive sign imo, we could possibly expect some fun rock ballad vibes, some heavier drums than we've had recently, and the return of the gorgeous backup singers from Summertime and Thunder!

If she releases Thunder in LDR8 we could have some more rock bops on the album My only fear is that she somehow reworks it into an acoustic track

I'm almost sure she's going to change Thunder cause she changed TNBAR, BPBP and even Black Beauty (from the demo that leaked) when they were put on their albums. We don't know if she changed Yosemite from the LFL version but probably not cause it's only Rick and her in the credits. I just hope she doesn't strip back the song tho the drums and backing vocals are so nice

I totally agree w @Brooklynbaby Lana is a human being, she does have mistakes and some dumb moments. She was sloppy for some certain time. But after the QFTC incident, the hate train, the twitter shit last year, i realised one thing: the way "feminism" is performed and demonstrated on media nowadays full of hypocrisy. They made "feminism" out to be an important subject matter but most of them missed the point of "feminism" - which is giving a woman a choice. So I was thinking: what if Lana herself was a kind of woman who is actually fragile, submissive to a man? And love being in that kind of relationship where she take the passive role, I believe at the end of the day, its still her choice, and people should have gave her the respect she deserves. Feminism for me is respecting a woman's choice, even if she choose to stay in the kitchen to serve her husband for life. Not every woman has to be strong and "always take control", it takes time and circumstances, that's just another way to trap women in a new prejudice in my opinion ?‍♂️ The more they push women to be a certain way to be approved as a "feminist", or, a "real woman", the more i feel women arent actually free to be who they are in this modern time. At least under the name of "feminism".
