COTCC stands out because of Lana's vocals and her melodies with like the first 6 songs being absolutely no skips imo. Whereas with Solar Power it's really miss or hit and sadly she isn't on pair with COTCC, because the tracks blend in too much. Couldn't she tell Jack to use more variation in instrumentation? Halfway through it gets kinda boring in regards to the production. Gorl me too I was working today and my huge file took 23 minutes to save, so while I waited I started to compare footage from the music video to the Hilton hotel in Arcadia/Pasadena and sumn doesn’t match up. In the beginning she’s in front of some black French doors and you can see a balcony behind her with a railing. After going around the building in Google Maps (and the hotel website imagery) I could only find white French doors separating the sleeping quarters from the living space - but that was all within the inside of a room. I didn’t see any rooms at all with a balcony and exterior French doors. Meaning it was filmed in multiple locations or we got the hotel wrong lmaoooo

i don't think this is so much abt leaks - those can't be controlled anyway & are unofficial - but actual album / song releases by record labels that will then be considered as much a part of your official discography as what you released during your lifetime, even though you had no say in what's chosen / how it's edited or produced / etc. seeing what's happened to artists like lil peep, whose unpublished work is still being milked for a quick buck regardless of quality or artist intent, i have to say: good for her, i'd do the same.
