I think some big Lana account made a thread recently with all the "leaked" info about the album (from that big list from that website) and now it's all over twitter and IG. They probably saw the post someone made transcribing it here and thought they were the actual source. It's always funny reading "according to Lanaboards insiders" in big update Lana accounts

I love how most “LDR9 leaks” these days are basically keywords taken out from this whole thread: deep vocals, orchestra, surfy, not too much piano, honeymoon production, psychedelic, jazzy, cinematic, etc. It’s like a competition to get the most attention by knowing what people want

The way at least Your Time to Cry, Born Again, Confession and All She Wants are career highlights even the title track (even if tacky) is terribly catchy wtfff the label did her dirty

I bought a bottle of her wine today! I got the Prosecco Rosé, and the bottle is absolutely adorable. It’s covered in hearts, and there’s a little surprise message under the foil wrap covering the cork. I went into it taste blind, as I usually only do prosecco in mimosas. It’s rather dry, but I guess that’s normal given what spirit it is. Definitely a taste i can get used to, i think!

I'm an English and German literature & language graduate student so this is my gig!! however I'm awfully slow at reading and I definitely need to read much much more than I do so this is seems like an amazing opportunity!! Can't wait! ❤️❤️ We could do some Lana-inspired works, i.e. things she references in her songs. My definite recommendation to everyone is to read T.S. Eliot's Four Quartets in full ("Burnt Norton" interlude from Honeymoon)- Lana only did the opening line in the interlude but the whole thing is amazing and my favorite poem in the world. I also wanted to read something by Sylvia Plath but never got around to do it. And I remember I started reading The Sun Also Rises by Hemingway (referenced in Money Power Glory) but it was boring.And I've had Lolita on my read list for years but also never started lol. I'm sure there's more Lana literature references but can't remember now. Anyways that's just a suggestion - I'll do my best to get into anything we decide to read, however the only thing I don't really like is the horrors and Edgar Allan Poe type of stuff, but I'll try anything

i don’t agree with this idea that the whole “fame is so awful & i’m the underdog” thing was planned or intentional, i highly doubt lana intended to have a bad SNL performance, or to have people completely disregard her music or her as a person because of a few plastic surgery procedures or the simple fact that she changed her stage name, she was clearly traumatized by these intial reactions & still had to deal with it with further controversies (the “i wish i was dead” comment, qftc, the body-shaming, etc.) i don’t think it’s fair to say that she has to deal with the consequences of these things, she doesn’t deserve to have trauma from her fame, & i feel like she should have the right to dislike fame without people telling her it’s annoying or that she shouldn’t complain, maybe people should’ve treated her better to begin with

So from what I heard this album is actually pretty good and it seems like her management/label really botched the era with the timing, lead single choice, and overall rollout, which is refreshing. I had lost faith in her for a moment but it just seems that her label is hoarding her hits.

Kim, Charli, and Sky should get together and make a song called “Fuck Labels” a song about having labels forced onto them, but also how record labels fucked them up
