different insight but I started attending churchome with my friends from my church during covid when things went online (I was not a big enough fan of Lana yet to know that she went there... I'm not a weirdo) and they were all lovely, kind, and supportive. I did not get a single weird vibe from anyone there and never heard anything discriminatory, strict, or brainwashy, and I attended for a year. I know it's hard to wrap your head around a megachurch but the Churchome leadership is very different from Hillsong lol. They are super chill there, though Judah is definitely eccentric. Just wanted to share this anecdote because I know ppl r worried about/ weirded out by Lana going there

I adore Pawn Shop Blues and I would love for it to be released. But only on an official AKA re-release. It feels so strange to fit it on a new album. To me, it belongs between Raise Me Up and Brite Lites only. Regardless, it does feel like something is coming ~*~soon~*~

No Jack, no Drew, no Rick, no Dan (Dan Heath can come back though). Idk why everyone here is obsessed with Dan A coming back, I haven’t enjoyed any of his work in the last 10 years and an Ultraviolence 2.0 is the last thing I want (sorry!) I’m very excited for Lasso because (hopefully) this is the first time she’s really switching up her sound since NFR came out, and I hope she really leans into country and doesn’t make it her 5th folk inspired album

i honestly don't really mind who she works with, but i really do hope she works with rick nowels again at some point, they've created so many beautiful songs together, he really is the classic lana del rey producer and the one who's created her signature sound and feel, i fear she will never feel compelled to work with him again, for whatever reason, i know it's only natural for artists to move forward and to progress in their work, but i hope she can value and appreciate the amazing work they did together and work with him again

YES he’s involved, but the first song we’ve been teased with isn’t a Jack song. personally I think it’s a bit silly to hope for a super boppy album when her last ‘bop’ album was LFL which came out almost 7 years ago.
