I am tired of the vote shaming. People shaming others for voting third party or not voting at all. The contrast between the two sentiments is comedic gold. Lastly, I know it's hard in this digital age where you are constantly on display and expected to be perfect. We spend hours crafting our image to look a certain way. The whole soundtrack is amazing! Yo Yo Ma and Itzhak Perlman - I'm a litttttle surprised it lost the Oscar to fucking borefest Brokeback Mountain but I guess it's just the Oscars, no one cares. The Chairman's Waltz is so bloody iconic too, it's certainly the best part of the movie (which feels like such a sad slap in the face). also Hans Zimmer fans - he's never gone as loud or powerful as this ever since.

By now most of the forum must know I'm a massive Suspiria (2018) stan so naturally the score by Thom Yorke has a special place for me. It's still just as magical as it was two years ago when it came out and while it's definitely haunting and maybe a bit distressing even (The Hooks, Volk especially), I also find it very soothing (The Jumps and Suspirium Finale). I've been listening to the score a lot lately, it adds a nice touch to rainy and dark autumn evenings. Also I can't believe Suspirium was snubbed at the Oscars

Thank you so much! Yeah, I work on FL studio too, but I usually put no effects on the music. A few days ago I stumbled on a couple tutorials on how to add effects and the results are way cooler. I think I'll be doing that for my next releases! And thank you for the advice! I've tried improving it but I think I haven't found the right tools to work with. Also, all the songs in my first album have a dreadful vocal quality because I used a very cheap microphone to record, while I acquired a new one for Fading ghost. So I'll focus on improving vocal production for my next material. Thanks again for listening!
