An insider apparently confirmed that Plastic Hearts was meant to be released on Friday as a buzz single but they chose Edge Of Midnight instead. Clever choice now that Midnight Sky is battling for #1 in the UK. However, the track length for track 2 showed up briefly on iTunes... So I'm guessing Plastic Hearts is track 2. I'm also gonna assume that due to the explicit tags, WTF Do I Know? is track 10. Meaning the album is shaping up like so... (I will update this post as more info about the tracklist is revealed) 01. 02. Plastic Hearts 03. 04. 05. 06. 07. Midnight Sky 08. 09. 10. WTF Do I Know? 11. 12. 13. Edge Of Midnight (Midnight Sky) feat. Stevie Nicks 14. Heart Of Glass [Live] 15. Zombie [Live] -

Twitter trolls are such losers. If I can't stand a celebrity/artist (of which trust me, there are PLENTY ) I take every precaution to make sure I'm not reminded of their existence. Block mentions of their name on twitter, block their profile on twitter, block them on spotify so they don't play on song radio, block them on instagram, see fewer posts like this if they appear on instagram explore page. These people are so lame they are just so mad that they liked her/won't admit to themselves that they still enjoy her music because she no longer aligns with their fake performative liberal online persona it's so so lame. Herd mentality. These are the same people that were saying yaaass witch hexed trump 2 yrs ago. I've seen people be like "I'm embarrassed to listen to her" "I set my spotify activity to private when I listen to her". You're still listening to her!! You need to get over yourself. -

Angels Like You was confirmed to be on the album by an insider in ATRL, I believe they said both Bad Karma and Night Crawling made the cut as well (I'm not 100% sure), also the two collabs, one with Dua and one with Mark Ronson -

They’re saying pretty mean things like “tw//lana del ray”, “This made me jump”, “she is so hard to look at”, “she’s so ugly” (these last two are from people with Nicki Minaj profile pics so it sucks that Nicki’s fans are doing this), “I know she did not use her busted ass face as a reaction pic”, “spoiled milk”, “white women are the devil”, etc. ...it’s dehumanizing and rude and I can’t believe people tear other people down who are just living their life. They preach about kindness on Twitter but then immediately go and do this -

4 likesLOL! I always interpreted that line to refer to her uterus, which is a symbol of femininity, fertility, child-bearing etc. The way I understood it was that her lover made her feel like a woman and that their relationship moved Lana to the point where she felt herself engaging with the most romantic aspects of womanhood, hence, the reference to her inner world (cosmos baking = universe forming) being how she deep in love she is. It could also be a play-on-words of the popular phrase, “butterflies in my stomach”, which people feel when they’re around someone they have a romantic/flirtatious connection with!

am i the only one that really enjoyed that scrapped BLINK 182 song? since the tracklist is, currently, a complete shamble, i wouldn't mind her including it as a bonus -

4 likesI would love if Lana covered the following songs. I also think they’d suit her so well since she’s referenced some, played some live herself, and they just really fit her sensibility already. House of the Rising Sun - various Scarborough Fair - Simon and Garfunkel Diamonds and Rust - Joan Baez Rainbow Road - Joan Baez For Free - Joni Mitchell Blue - Joni Mitchell Garden Party - Ricky Nelson Can’t Help Falling in Love - Elvis Presley I Fall to Pieces - Patsy Cline You are My Sunshine - Johnny Cash Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door - Bob Dylan Like a Rolling Stone - Bob Dylan Hallelujah - Leonard Cohen Stand By Your Man - Tammy Wynette Jolene - Dolly Parton To Know Him is to Love Him - Phil Spector Rhinestone Cowboy - Glen Campbell Ventura Highway - America & George Martin Islands in the Stream - Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton Helplessly Hoping - Crosby, Stills & Nash Our House - Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young So Far Away - Carole King I Talk to the Wind - King Crimson

not to mention how hideous the fonts are, the inconsistencies with coloring and features (plastic hearts being pink (with no feature) but not edge of midnight, the lack of period at the end of edge of midnight's feature), the random way tracks 10-15 are smaller when if anything only the last 3 tracks are bonus content, and just how illegible this is... also imagine her actually scrapping bad karma after all this time LMAO fans would be so mad also justice for win some lose some -

3 likesAll I have to say is her tagging Zach Dawes is giving me fucking life. I’ve been wanting more from them since California and Thunder. I feel like we are in for a treat! Plus her mentioning Patsy covers are a plus to me. Excited to be getting something while we wait for Chemtrails but seems like could be very good covers project.

2 likesI love the audio book and her poetry but I never understood what she meant with "inside of my stomach the cosmos are baking" in Quiet Waiter Blue Forever....When my stomach feels like a cosmos is baking inside of me I better stay close to a bathroom cause other wise ....but I guess that’s not what Lana meant ....

Well, not to be on your side this time but I remember that I think B4U said she did record it at one point, and maybe it's true since WGFU was supossed to be only a live scrapped song and you now know there were indeed two versions of it so... -

2 likesYou'll Never Walk Alone is listed in the Great American songbook, so will it be included on the album as well? Btw, I would KILL for a studio version of For Free with Weyes Blood and Zella Day and finally Chelsea Hotel No.2 on streaming platforms (I'd rather have the solo version but I'm also fine if Adam Cohen jumps on the record)
