My Long Review of Blue Bannisters

Not a spoiler or anything really but like, I'm just so over the moon that she finally and truly released Nectar of the Gods/Wild On You It's sung like she's a goddess idek, wraps my heart around its finger. I love it when stuff like this happens! Makes gems massively accessible to all without any required hunting skills

All I can say after my first listen is:

Yes! He nails a C#6 in the bridge like Lana did in Cola and it’s amazing

DAMN, I was having a shower and even tho I'm probably so late to this, I KNEW IT. I just got this feeling that everything got leaked and omgggggg here I ammmmm here it issss Ready to drown into this rabbit hole toniiighhhhht

Of course I was working when everything originally happened yesterday. That said I have sat with the songs for a while now and I can say they are truly something very special. I do agree it is a heavier piece of work to digest and I can see how it isn't some's cup of tea but I find it so raw and refreshing. It's def not playing things safe or vanilla, very progressive and still on brand. Out of the new songs not previously leaked/released I would say my faves are If You Lie Down With Me, Beautiful, and Black Bathing Suit. Sweet Carolina is also just so beautiful and intimate as well, love it. Really the only song that didn't hit me as hard is Violets. Either way another amazing album, classic yet again, nobody does it like her. Her contemporaries really cannot compete.

Between COCC and BB, she has REALLY fed us this year. What other fan base gets this much so often? Her discography after 10 years is huge!

I love this album, really enjoyed the first listen in a dark room infront of a fireplace it didn't clicked with me on my first listen but it's clicking now ..this album is AMAZING Not a single song I dislike & she surprised me It's amazing
