13 likesThe tiktoks recently about "why are there men in line for the Lana show, she's for the girls". I know they're a joke, but cmon now, her gay male fans have been an integral part of the fanbase, back when some of these clownheads (that are only there cuz Cinnamon Girl went viral) were either in kindergarden and/or stanning One Direction.

8 likesSimilarly to the "Cringe at r/lanadelrey thread at Reddit" thread, you can post here screenshots of funny/cringe/no context content from Internet and social media (whether it's from YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter or Facebook) which are about Lana and/or things associated to Lana, only. I wanted to make this thread because I have found bunch of cringe Lana-related comments but there wasn't a suitable thread for this. Non-Lana related content is for the thread "No Context Internet". Enjoy and cringe!

6 likesnobody asked for it but here it is, my version of the how the current setlist could be re-done to be more exciting and fun for everyone. basic idea is that lots of song slots switch between two diff. same album tracks every other night to keep things fresh and have a larger number of songs get played over the course of the tour. 1. a&w (whole song; i understand it's a v personal song so abridged if she doesn't want to sing the more emotional parts but def including the whole song, not just jimmy part) 2. happiness is a butterfly or love song (switch every other night) 3. COCC 4. the grants (unabridged) 5. 13 Beaches OR heroin (switch every other night, to give us some songs from LFL that haven't been played live to death) 6. cruel World OR brooklyn Baby (switch every other night) 7. ride 8. born to die 9. blue jeans OR summertime sadness 10. NFR 11. FIILY OR cinnamon girl 12. the greatest OR MAC 13. candy necklace 14. honeymoon OR TLY 15. MTWBT OR freak 16. TJF OR wild at heart 17. ocean blvd 18. paris texas OR let the light in 19. living legend OR thunder 20. video games

6 likesHoneymoun has their merit, but I never know for sure if what they write about is a rumour, speculation on their part, or certified facts. The worst were their Q + A in their stories: subtle sarcastic jokes were thrown between two real answers and we had to decipher what was real than what was not, with zero to little info to back it up, and the tone was exactly the same between a joke and a fact (unlike BoZ, who rarely trolls but it’s so obvious that you know the difference). Speaking of BoZ, he is to me in the top tier of insiders, even if he rarely shares on Twitter. But his facts do check out. As for @111, he certainly is the most iconic insider but you’ve got to be willing to deal with the Joker when asking something : you never know if you’re going to have an answer or a read (which is wildly entertaining but a bit worrying ; I’m now calling it the « Insider Syndrome »- just like Stockholm Syndrome but for insiders who are « rude »). My fave, these days, has to be @Wait For Life: the way they spread info in a very subtle way is iconic. Not an insider per se, but @hotshot2am is my wallet’s best friend, informing us of changes in her store, inventory, etc. Truly a blessing that does help hype a soon-to-released single / album announcement or else @kintsugi was a legend in the OB era. @Brightside knows a lot, mostly on other artists, which explains why they are not on many people’s radar. and there are our librarians of LB lore ( @SoftwareUpgrade and there others that I do forget - sorry guys), which I don’t always remember but that is part of our LB experience

6 likesWhile BPBP is not one of my favorites from LFL because I find the melody too dull and I understand that some people don't like Nicks voice but in my opinion the lyrical change showed Lana in much more mature side and I actually really love the lyrics because they're really beautiful. I understand why someone might not like the song but calling it meaningless is a reach...

6 likesI would say there is no 'ultimate insider', everyone who is considered an insider has more or less good information, but mostly second or third hand because his father works in record production or something like that. the only 'ultimate insider' is Lana herself

Born to Die promo tour was beautiful. Of course it was small, but it was the beginning of Lana and her band. Paradise Tour was obviously the most iconic one. She toured a great part of the Western world as a brand new artist. Setlist was excellent (for our 2013 standards), the outfits, hair and makeup were all beautiful, and the stage really captured the era. The Endless Summer was very nice and she sang beautifully. I don't have much memories of it, as it was only had one leg in North America. But the fact that she did Serial Killer and You Can Be the Boss, as well as Us Against the World, omg The festival tour for Honeymoon was so beautiful. That's when the "mainstream" was slowly starting to embrace her and I remember being so proud of her for headlining all these festivals. The dresses were GORGEOUS. The setlist couldve been better yes (basically nothing from Honeymoon), but we got Lana playing guitar on Yayo (!) and Video Games. That one show in Russia was phenomenal, very intimate. Also, my favorite ever photo from a Lana show was from this tour: LA to the Moon was so so so good. Lust for Life songs sounded so good live. 13 Beaches was a great opener, we got the forever iconic Cherry routine, Black Beauty, Serial Killer again, some of her best outfits (but also some of her worst) and she actually toured extensively. Sadly this is where she started to rely a lot on loud af pre-recorded vocals though. The NFR Tour, it wasn't that bad, but it was the worst. The vocals were mid to bad a lot of the times, the setlist was tragic, her attitude was weird (Sean...) and it got canceled. Also the fact that NFR was such a big moment for her, I wish she had done a better show. Omg the pre-recorded backing vocals were tragic, the "you make me BLUEEE" part was lipsynced almost At least we got the Hollywood Bowl show, and Hope is a dangerous thing live with Jack! Ahh, the Ocean Blvd festival-random dates-stadium-theatre Tour. Best-ever vocals, a higher level of production, multiple dancers (Bartender and Chemtrails choreos are so beautiful), actual backing singers (and really good singers), new band (with the good ol' guys too), happy af Lana, gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous dresses, an even bigger audience than last decade... We already have many iconic moments -- Marilyn wig, costume change onstange, Glastogate, Sean shading, fucking Flipside live (I still scream at the thought), great new renditions of older songs, Ocean Blvd live and its extended outro, the last minute European tour, The Grants live with excellent vocals... and there's more to come! If only the setlist was a little bit better -
