Good morning, everyone! You may notice our page count went down a bit, as I not only moved a ton of off-topic posts our of here, but I also made a separate thread for the oceanblvd Instagram and moved all the prior posts about it into the new thread. I just feel like it should have its own place for discussion so people can stay up to date about that account specifically in its own thread rather than having it mixed in with all of the other album news. I still have hundreds of pages to catch up on, so more off-topic posts will continue to be moved as well over the next few days as I catch up. Big thanks to my mods who have been helping out in the meantime. Anyway, I saw we discovered and received a lot of amazing news last night! Things just keep getting more and more exciting. Hello boreds/boards! While we wait for the single drop I've decided to do a little giveaway of the now sold out (?) white vinyl variant of the upcoming Did you know there's a tunnel under ocean blvd LDR album. I will cover shipping costs on my end! Unfortunately this is open to North America residents only. You will have between now and the album drop to enter the contest--simply "claim" your favorite song from the album, in this thread, to be entered. I will use one of those randomizers to select the winner on March 24th at 12am EDT (9pm on the 23rd for the west coast). Obviously you will not receive the vinyl before March 24th lol. I am not currently in possession of it.

I've been a "this will be one of her best album" person since the first Candy Necklace snippet, and getting the production credits sealed the deal for me. Every song's credits has me surprised and I truly believe this is going to be one of her best albums ever. I'm so ready for the album campaign to START

You guys this album is going to be unreal. I think it’s going to be absolutely masterful in every way from start to finish. I feel like her and her team know it too. There’s something special about what we have seen and know so far, from the imagery to the insider scoop to even seeing her get glam for shoots and even the ocean blvd IG. I just feel a big magic moment coming and I know she knows she absolutely created a masterpiece that will be out in the world soon.

This isn’t a Blue Banisters diss at all, but DYKTTATUOB seems a lot like how I expected BB to be: completely fresh work, heavier atmosphere and sonic pop sensibilities despite being piano-based, a handful of angrier tracks, noticeable shifts in mood, etc. Of course, Blue Banisters does share some of these qualities (though I initially expected them to be more amplified), and my mind could completely change about LDR9; after all, I’ve only heard 1 track, and the rest of my assumptions are based off of the observations of others. That being said, I think Lana’s enthusiasm for this record, its alleged rollout, and the praise of others with vastly different tastes are promising, and I’m sure there is some merit to what insiders have divulged, so I’m excited!

Thanks for asking, that's lovely My life is going well. Now onto your question - someone actually tried sending me a phishing link, asking if it's a snippet of a song from the album. I would never click an unknown link willingly so everything is fine, I just found it weird and was not expecting something like that here. My intentions are not filled with any malice, I'm a genuine longtime Lana fan and I just wanted to share what I know and what I find exciting to say to you, fellow stans. Joke's on them though, I didn't have to click the message to read it, it was visible on my e-mail. Not today, Satan!

The album is out in less than two months and everything we want is about to happen at any moment.....merch, performances, interviews, music videos, box set, BRAZIL.
