Around the paradise tour I think it was just kinda organically headed that way anyway , but it was very satisfying. Like , other than the mystique of the honeymoon era, the utter Fire she was on during this era was insane. And then obviously with the untouchables leaking we kinda spoiled it anyways

My local record store opened at 9am but I was not able to get there until just after 12pm. I messaged them on Instagram beforehand to make sure they had a copy so I didn’t drive there for nothing and they told me they only had one left! Omg I was soooo nervous that someone was going to beat me to it. I got to the store and the last copy was still just sitting there, I never snatched something of a shelf so fast! I was there for not even five minutes and this older woman walked in, didn’t even say hello to the guy working and pretty much screamed at him that she had the Lana record on hold for her (which technically you’re not allowed to do that so idk how some of you got lucky with that!!!) Thankfully she wanted to look around the store first. My boyfriend took ours from my hands, put it behind some other records we had picked up so she wouldn’t see it and started to just browse through the store too We walked around for a bit then checked out, as we were walking out of the door, I heard her start to ask where her copy was. LOL I ran out of there!!! I’m just soooo happy I was able to get the last copy they had! P.S sorry this is so long lol

ordered my copy yesterday and it arrived today???? AND WE DON'T EVEN HAVE SATURDAY DELIVERIES USUALLY (a bit sad it came with a mark on the cover (on the wolf) and it doesn't even seem to be on the outside, seems to be IN the picture??)

I'm gonna ignore the question and talk abt the songs I wish she included in already released albums BTD: Serial Killer, You Can Be The Boss and Queen of Disaster would've fit in so well Paradise: ITTJ, if Paradise just had 1 more song it would've been a perfect length album. The fact that it has 9 instead of 10 always annoyed me lol. UV: Your Girl. Should've been included hands down. UV era has a lot of amazing unreleased songs but this is the only one I feel would fit UV perfectly. It wouldn't even have to be reworked. Honeymoon's perfect as is. SYTH would've been a cute addition but idk how it would fit in. LFL: RBFY & the original TNBAR! Serene Queen's one of my fav unreleaseds but it would probs make the lack of cohesion even worse on that album. NFR: RBFY! If not LFL then NFR. COCC: RBFY! literally give me this song BB: Fine China & SYTH. They would've fit in perfectly. Especially Fine China. Also RBFY! Anyways I'd like to see Serene Queen be included in a future album but it would have to be a monster of an album to be able to pull off a song that excellent in the tracklist tbh. Also RBFY.

opened my vinyl, US, and got the azure/deep blue vinyl. the color defo changes depending on the light imo, but i mean look at it there's some kind of like thin waves on mine, and it looks beautiful. it looks like blue fire or the avatar state

I am really shocked at how low people are selling these variants for. I was expecting scalpers to be wanting $70 + shipping at least Not complaining though, I'm really glad us folks who don't have the time to drive to a record store are still able to get the vinyl for a fair price. Thank you to anyone who got a copy and is re-selling it as retail for the people who couldn't get one. Y'all are truly heroes

I think the only one for me would be Fine China. Lyrically, I feel like it’s probably one of her most timeless songs, she could release it at age 27, age 37, or age 57 and it would still sound like it was written during these different phases of her life. The version that leaked also has the label “Rough Old Keys” and is audibly not final, so there’s definitely a final version that I know sounds just gorgeous. We know it was considered for Blue Banisters, so I’d love to see it appear on a future record (and how the context of its appearance on that record affects listening to it).

It’s just so dark and smooth, the production and blend between Lana and Nikki’s voices are just gorgeous.

I still have my YouTube playlist I made in February 2017 when I was trying to understand how her discography worked. I remember even asking some fan account if I were a fake fan for listening to her unreleased songs. I just searched Lana Del Rey unreleased songs and was like what the fuck why are there so many...the playlist currently says "Last updated on July 2, 2017" LOL My Best Days, Serial Killer, and Kill Kill were the first unreleased songs I discovered

I think it's actually the opposite. Anything she could release right after NFR would be compared and overshadowed by it and still Chemtrails was very well received. It's hard to follow up your "greatest" project (I mean the general consensus, I still think HM is her magnum opus), look at what happened to Lorde (and Kacey to an extent)
