Just wanted to drop this song here because I think in a way, it pertains to a lot of the folk themes recently explored by Lana and definitely belongs alongside the Crosby Stills and Harry Nilsson references.

it’s messy and embarrassing, excluding a lot of your fanbase except (mostly) chronically online gays who are going to brag about it for hours now and that’s my opinion i really don’t see the point and it feels like such a negative contrast compared to the HIFN era where everyone could participate and see the process

I saw her last summer in London and other than the fact that she was like 3 hours late the show was pretty flawless, from what I recall at other shows she was similarly late but also had a lot of technical issues and would have to cut the sets short

This gatekeeping attempt is embarrassing coming from Charli and at her grown age, she should know; posts from an Instagram account with nearly 20k followers are not going to stay "private". Clearly it's not working because I just found screenshots for all of them with a quick Twitter search— so much for those "cooperative fans"

you're not too fair off on lana herself sometimes being wrong, such as claiming that certain songs were recorded when she was 16 when they were obviously recorded much later... or that thing about her falling from a tree-house onto a fire-pit and later having a psychic tell her that that is why she has a light, breathy voice

First part of my merch arrived so here’s my quick 2 cents: 1. The shirt is definitely not white. More of an ivory/light tan. Quality feels nice 2. It’s true about the lighter being easily scratched but that’s supposedly part of the design 3. I love the cute little LDR logo on the necklace. Much daintier than I expected but that’s okay 4. The jacket has a great fit but the zipper feels cheap. I wish there was a button or some sort of snap on the pockets so they stay closed

If I can give any advice to anyone traveling to one of these shows: please plan your trip around experiencing a new place/city and do not rely on this concert to be your main purpose (mentally) I travelled to pitchfork fest just to see Sky and if I didn’t also happen to see Charli while I was there I would have been so depressed after the mess of that set

I'm sorry but this gatekeeping is just super dumb Not being online the moment the account opens is one thing: but how is sending a request a proof that you're a "real" fan? It's really the "only for fans" thing that bugs me because you can be a fan and not having the time to get in or you could be a shit stirrer wishing to leak everything and having the chance to get in. It's not like the account and its content are protected by the super limited time frame she opens it If she truly wanted it to be for loyal fans only, I'm sure there would have been many other, more intelligent options. Anyway, everything will leak so I don't think I'm missing much.
