Recently, Lana has followed both Harper’s Bazaar and Collier Schorr who has photographed previous cover shoots for HB (as well as for other magazines that Lana has also covered before such as Interview, T, and AnOther) I wonder if this will result in a cover story that leads to info about LDR10.. it’s been 7 months since the release of Ocean Blvd, and 7 months after Blue Banisters is when Lana had her cover story with W Magazine where she gave us the first LDR9 tidbit with Fingertips lyrics x

ocean Blvd was a great album but I’m HUNGRY. We need something fiery. We need something hot, something grunge, something psychedelic, dark, wet, spicy, depressing, life changing, heartbreaking, soul crushing, trippy, melancholic, passionate, genre defying, incredible, showstopping……….

That feels so wild, I feel like Ocean just came out because this era has been so packed full of stuff. Tbh I would love new music but I’m just not ready to leave this era quite yet because it is a REAL era. But I’m always down for a new shoot

I don't know how unpopular this is cause I've seen mixed reactions all over the internet but I don't like the new tour at all I love her looks, vocals are amazing and she's so happy so I'm happy for her but all the dancers doing random shit on stage takes me out of it She said it helps her confidence so at the end of the day I'm glad for her but I really miss the earlier tours when it was just her doing her random mini dances, the sexy drops and the walks around the stage without any planning. I guess it made every single show a bit more special cause you didn't know what to expect from her and now it's all more choreographed and such I get why some people would prefer this type of show tho

Don't get me wrong, I love all the channels making "Ultraviolence" versions of other Lana songs, and many of them I listen to regularly, but it's like we all forgot Ultraviolence has some songs that aren't rock-based at all and also has other sounds that branch out a lot more. There is so much focus on making a song sound like rock and calling it an Ultraviolence Version, but no one is noticing the soft jazz, the vintage sounds, the piano and the strings as the part that is distinctly Lana. In fact, the album sounding too "classic rock" is exactly what Dan Auerbach said was wrong with the original record before he produced it. I absolutely get that rock is probably easier for amateur musicians to do on their computers, but yeah, I still kinda see it as making Ultraviolence more shallow than it is. It's such a complex album, I'm always searching for more and never being satisfied!

i've said this before but my unpopular opinion currently is that i'm fine with a longer wait for the next album; ocean blvd was a truly incredible record with a pretty fulfilling era (by lana standards at least!) so i'm quite okay with waiting over a year for the next album! *especially* if it means the album will be outstanding, put together well and part of a bigger era with a few music videos, a full tour with an updated setlist, some lovely photoshoots, etc.

Such a comfort album <3 Dealer, If You Lie Down With Me, Black Bathing Suit, and Thunder are all highlights in her discography Violets for Roses, Arcadia, Blue Banisters, Wildfire Wildflower, and Text Book are also some of my favorites I’m also so glad some of my favorite previously unreleased songs found a home on this album Love this album so much

Kinda breaks my heart the fact that there's not some bigger celebration regarding this record. Hope it will be more recognised in the times to come, though.

Woah, we’ve been fed this year I didn’t like Secret Life very much to be honest (I found the song too quiet and she didn’t play a big part in it ), but Alma’s description sounds more interesting. Anyways, new collab is new collab and if we don’t like it, well at least it’s not on her next album

Jack’s voice could be irritating but I can’t wait for the instrumental, bleachers always uses different types of instruments, unless lana insisted on using only piano

I don’t trust her lawyer either. All he did was show up at the end of the free britney movement and get praised for.. what exactly?? I understand she can’t be as vocal during the court proceedings, but why hasn’t her lawyer at LEAST tried to C&D or sue the various people / media outlets that have been continuously slandering Britney as if it was 2007 all over again? Honestly though, if there’s so much she still can’t say for fear of being sued - why release the book NOW? It’s still not the full story!! It’s all so shady. I just hope the real britney, wherever she is, is doing well and not back in some facility against her will.

I don’t really play ai is being used for videos because nothing warps- she clearly plays with positions and sucking in her belly- phones are notorious for distorting people. That being said- yes her situation is off- the fact her manager is still hanging out with Larry and has been accused of sexual coercion or assault(2 times) as a CAA agent(see rose McGowan) speaks volumes to his character- she’s definitely not in a safe space
