with all these new leaks it’s just impossible for me to determine my favorite Charli songs there’s dozens and dozens of classics...... I can list 10 & then be like shit well I forgot this one.. and that one... until I end up listing another 20 songs and I’m like????? I’ve never felt this way about any other artist. I’ve never had this many favorite songs from ONE!!! PERSON!!! She’s truly a legend, a musical genius, a goddess in the art of songwriting I’m working on a heartbreak album with 2017-2018 tracks & it’s gonna be so sad & beautiful

I couldn’t agree more. Sky is like the artist I love the most in terms of music and the amount of stuff I’ve collected and gotten to know about her during all these years is overwhelming, but MAN, it has been 11 fucking years in 2021. Some fans have been stanning since 2010 and the 3 years of waiting for NTMT was enough suffering. Now, 7-8 more years for the sophomore album we have basically NO info on? Come on. Sky Ferreira is a TRUE legend, whew. There’s no other “internet” artist I know who’s still talked about after all this time with no material.

one of three theories i have; They will be sent to physical Liverpool stores (unlikely due to Covid / stores not being open) They will be sent randomly with an order (unlikely as Lana never really does anything like that). They will be released for sale, presumably around the same time the rest of the signed stuff goes live. i have a feeling that because this is a charity single, and they obviously want to get rid of the stock for charity, they're going to upload them at some point during the album cycle as a kind of "quick add-on" for stans so that they can shift the stock. similar to recently how a lot of the NFR merch went on sale just before the COCC pre-order. obviously lana's team would never care to have her sign old merch to get the stock shifted so the next best thing is putting it on sale - but I doubt they would put a charity vinyl on sale...so the next best way to shift copies? have her sign them. that's my theory for now at least. i'm just waiting for them to either drop or for a mad panic when someone randomly gets sent a signed copy or they turn up in a liverpool store.

this is definitely the point. A marketing strategy. People buy some/all stuff and then when more drop they feel the need to buy more since they don’t miss the money they already spent. Therefore buying more in total. Hate her/them for it ???

The agonizing wait between 17 - As If - Ghost - NTMT honestly pales in comparison to the ongoing wait between NTMT to Masochism. At least we knew she was recording and then kept releasing music/videos in between. All of that was in a 3ish year span too. She, at the very least, could've thrown out an EP in mid-2019 after Downhill Lullaby and probably dumped off another at the end of 2020

There is an idea of a Sky Ferreira; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real Sky: only an entity, something illusory. And though she can hide her cold gaze, and you can shake her hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense your lifestyles are probably comparable... she is simply not there.
