It seems like you’re kinda new to Lana so here’s a couple points 1. Malibu is a concept demo of Get Free, leaking this isn’t like when TNBAR leaked months ahead of LFL and then an updated version was on NFR. The final song exists and is released, she’s not going to make another song off this. Nectar of the Gods also has a concept demo, look up Connection (or don’t since you’re apparently against leaks) 2. You’re on the wrong site if you’re going to be discussing the morality behind leaks. Usually you’ll have some type of valid argument if it’s an upcoming work but this is literally stuff from like 7 years ago, leaks happen with every artist. 3. This forum does respect her privacy, literally go back to the og thread of when her car got broken into, the Brasil incident, or anything else. No one is wishing any negative on her. It’s a normal thing to be curious and want to listen to more content. It’s a little weird to be equating a leaked song to stalking.

im glad. because instagram gives u too many different energies that affect you subconsciously to the detriment of your creativity, insight, and happiness. I think her deleting ig will be beneficial to her music a well the albums she made during her ig phase (especially lfl and nfr) contained songs that were inspired by the collective, the political world, the culture of current times. in her earlier albums, her energy is much more self centered, inspired by cherry pickings of her personal tastes from any time and place, creating her own world out of the pieces. I prefer the latter, so I hope her stepping away from ig is a step away from real life and towards her own dreamland

There's a bleak contrast between how 24/7 news coverage and rescue efforts have been done for 5 people who, thanks to their privilegued status within our system, have spend a copious amount of money in a suicide vanity mission to see a ship wreckage where 1,500 people died hundreds of years ago, while within the same week, a boat carrying about 750 refugees and asylum seekers escaping war and famine capsized, with a death toll rising by the minute, has been practically overshadowed and not given the same importance in rescuing those people. There are regulations and standards in place for deep sea excursions/exploration, many professionals have been commenting on it and given their opinions/criticism based on their professional experience, the founder just decided to ignore them because, well, he was rich and decided to cut corners and ''innovate'', which sadly resulted in the fatalities. I don't think there's more to it, it's a clear warning to anybody else trying to do the same. The same attention and rescue efforts should be given to everybody in need.
