Some of the criticism on her over this is pretty harsh on here. But tbh this release is pointless if you live outside of the US. The deluxe has been available for years and Electra Heart was released by Betatraxx. So realistically the only thing we are getting is EVOL. Unless there's cds/vinyl releases of this version, they should've just plopped EVOL as a single on streaming and let it slide.

Did she switch producers for her work post-Cry Baby? Everything since CB has sounded very bland and colorless imo while CB and the EP before were actually quite lush and interesting production wise

yeah idk why people are saying she shouldn’t have hyped it like.. literally no one created hype but us, she hasn’t even announced it - like i get it’s disappointing but the wording in this thread is.. also interesting! i feel like Miss Y is actually one of the outtakes that feel the most like it would have fit into EH - it feels very like, valley of the dolls, that picture of her on a dark street with a suitcase always makes me think of “i walked all night long in the dark just to be standing here” eternity and double life seem like they’d fit too starring role demo would feel kinda useless - but the interludes would be soooo nice

I know we just got 2 albums last year (+WCE and the FJM cover in 2022) but all that Rob teasing and not knowing nothing about the sound of the record makes me impatient We just know there is piano, but every Lana album has piano and they all sound so different so I just hope she's indeed in the Interview Magazine June (?) issue so she spills about the album or gives us a new photoshoot cause half of the Chemtrails and BB publications used "old" pictures or just the Neil ones.
