sorry but no. Just because I have time to type a response to something I disagree with does not mean I give a fuck about somebody begging for attention. Just because I give them my attention for all of 2 minutes to type a response - it’s not the same as giving them the attention they clearly seek from people PM’ing them begging to trade unleaked material - which is not allowed here - which is my entire point of response. I’m telling them to Shut up and stop advertising unleaked material - Elle has already warmed them once - I am warning them again. If I see it again, they are flagged as a spammer and lose their privilege to post on this forum. It’s as simple as that. I don't think that wearing a cool mask is disrespectful as long as it's good looking AND fulfills its purpose. I don't see any reason why one would not wear a fancy mask that matches an outfit when you have to wear it all the time. The visual effect just should not impact the ACTUAL effect of the mask - to protect the people around you.

Ffs Lana. It’s hard to tell in the video but I do hope she’s keeping a one-use mask underneath the rhinestone mask. I don’t mind masks being more fashionable, I think it’s fun. It’s not something new either, I’ve seen some pics of such masks from Japan and I saw a video of people being really creative with the ones they sew. One could fit for a wedding, I swear.

The mask is ineffective, but we don’t know why she was wearing that one specifically. For all we know, she got to the store and realized she forgot a mask, but did have that one, and figured it would be ok if she was fast and it was still better than nothing. Still not excusable, but that would at least be an understandable situation. She’s only human after all. And she’s probably at home now thinking of course the one time she wears a faulty mask, she gets spotted by a fan and gets dragged on the internet. I mean, she normally wears good masks and even just recently said to wear a mask but not the rhinestone one, so it does seem more likely that it was all she had on her. Half the people I see walking around stores just have broken disposable masks hanging off one ear and exposing their entire face anyway, so she’s at least doing better than those people.

In the photo from yesterday you can clearly see her mouth and nose, so even IF she has a layer behind the mesh, it's not anywhere near thick enough to be effective. The only exception would be a layer of clear plastic and she wouldn't have that because she wouldn't be able to breathe. We can all debate this all day long but the most likely scenario is that it's simply the mesh mask from the photo shoot. Not @ you, but she clearly engages in reckless behaviour that endangers herself and others, so I don't understand why this even matters. I'm more concerned about why she's doing all this shit; she's giving off major self-destructive vibes rn and I don't like it.
