i can't believe the guardian reviewer called honeymoon "glacially paced" the reviewer also called BB her best album like.. i can't believe someone can hear BB and OB and think BB is objectively better as an album

My favorite song is whichever one I'm currently listening to.

What upsets me is the idea of putting a bunch of critics in a room together for 80 minutes to listen to the album. This album should be listened to alone, a couple times at least, with full focus. People leaving the room and missing full songs to write a review after one listen is a total joke.

"People go to the toilet missing entire tracks, twiddle thumbs, scribble notes. We listen once, and leave to give it a rating and comment on its merit." and i wonder why they're not giving it 5/5s...

I keep trying not to overplay the album until it's released, but the songs are so stuck in my brain already... I keep singing and humming the melodies every 5 minutes, this is just such a good album

The negativity and petulance in here from some of y'all is truly shocking, tbh. We should be celebrating, not dragging every little thing we didn't expect or connect with. It's ok if some things didn't live up to your expectations, especially considering how intense and exciting this pre-release has been, but some of y'all are just being a downright drag

She’s definitely put all her lanussy on this album

I hope she keeps working with actual pianists in future albums. This is not a diss to Drew or Jack cause they did an amazing job but I missed actual compositions instead of just some accompanying chords (which also work sometimes of course)

i'm so glad i waited to listen to a&w until i listened to the album in full for the first time. it was so difficult to wait for one of her most hyped songs to date, but i did it and the payoff was so worth it. i literally sobbed. my pillow was covered in tears. i was floored.. i understand why it was receiving so much praise. one of her best.
