Hello, everyone! It's that time of year again! Our annual Lipsters Awards is our site's own awards ceremony where we all come together to honour the best of the best (and the worst of the worst.)

This year, we're having a very special Decade Edition of the Lipsters Awards as not only has this year been the decade celebration of Lana Del Rey's debut album, but we also celebrated a whole decade of LanaBoards together! There will be 9 extra special award categories to honour moments we experienced together over the past decade.

I look forward to hosting this year's annual ceremony with you all again! I always await our Lipsters Awards every year, and love how we can all come together to have our own special day all about us. I was working at an Ulta when the campaign was announced, and when we got the promo I was up ALL of my managers’ arses for months asking if I could have the posters when we were finished with them, and they all assured me they would be mine. On the day of the promo reset, I noticed the posters were gone and asked my manager there, who was actually my GM, where they were. She gave me this horrified look and was like, “oh my god I totally forgot. We threw them out.” I then asked her if I could dumpster dive for them when my shift was over and she said, “well, I’m not going to authorise that, but if you choose to do so, I won’t stop you.” So, I did – but I couldn’t find them!! So I then called up a friend and made him drive me to two other Ultas to dumpster dive in until I finally found them – but unfortunately, they were both ripped by a disgruntled Ulta employee.
